Return/ Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellation requests must be made withing 4 hours of placing your order

However, if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

To qualify for a replacement or resolution, please follow these steps:

  • Report any damage within 2 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

  • Email your report to ananchoroflove@gmail.com with your order number.

Unfortunately, damage reported after the 2-day window will not be eligible for review.
